Just left HT at Stonehenge. Went to self check out with 2 beers, also got a candy bar. Scanned a beer, no one came to help with ID check. Waited while the women working there chatted. Finally a clerk working a full serve lane came over and helped. Scanned 2nd beer, screen said I had to wait AGAIN. Waited and waited, Woman behind customer service yelled "I be right over", I told her never mind and left stuff. Oh, by the way, store smells real bad. Always does.
I want to say John who works up front. Had long blonde hair, glasses was asking me for pictures of my children which I will be calling the manager and making a lawsuit against John. I had a coupon, gave me a hard time, when I tried to open my phone to show the one coupon she saw my daughter, then proceeded to ask for pictures. Thai is unacceptable in any area and John needs to be fired asap. I will never ever return there ever again due to this incident. Know 1 HT. You then know them all. They're all the same. Quality products, fresh food etc. Just an expensive grocery store.
Bad customer service. John, who works up at the front with glasses, long hair didn't seem very helpful and very impatient and very rude. Very frustrating to deal with such people. Not a friendly family store.
