Martin Houser is shaaaaaaaady. Avoid. Also don’t let him hold back any money after a transaction, he will ATTEMPT to keep it for his legal fees. I say attempt because if you bring it to his attention that it is against the law to withhold money in trust from a client and keep it for yourself, he will relent. But he will gladly keep it if you allow him, his legal fees will magically equal any extra money you have in trust.
