Harris & Plottel set up our Will and living trust and did a fantastic job. Lots of choices when looking to find someone to put this together but if you want it done right, they are the best around. Staff is professional, very responsive, answered all our questions and were very thorough throughout the process. The attorney advised us on items that we did not consider but were critical to our situation and made sure the Trust was tailored to our families future. Our appointment with Nicole was to primarily give Power of Attorney to our daughter and possibly update our nine-year- old Trust. We were happy with the first Trust and only wanted to make a few changes. There was a focus on fees right off and we were asked to make a $5,000 deposit that day and the hourly fee was about $315.00. I hired these people to create my trust. At first I had a good experience with them. They started off nice. After speaking with the attorney I was handed down to one of her assistants never to speak with her again! I had some questions & changes to my trust and got on the phone with her manager Zack Plottel. WORST customer service ever! He is condescending belittling and does not let you talk.
