I provided my documents and information with good faith and they have used for their benefit. This company try’s to data mine and ruins people life. There business structure and the way they handle business give me stress and anxiety. I don’t recommend to do any business with them. They are not data protected company

While getting help please ensure you get all the details including any effects this can have regarding certain legalities particularly towards student aid as this will be out of their hands, which is not their fault, it’s the law but just be made aware of all the fine details. Otherwise service, for the majority, has been good and helpful.
*****Would rate them less than 0 if possible.**** Engaged with them in Nov 2022 for a consumer proposal - I followed thru on all credit counselling meetings and made payments on time to them as necessary for an entire year including surrendering a vehicle and taking on a "credit building car loan" for a temp vehicle that I'm now stuck with. In Nov 2023 I received a letter from Harris stating my consumer proposal had failed/rejected by Gov of Canada.
