The place was a mess and dirty . Not enough caregivers to take care patient and no tower for staff to do the care . The door was in and out non stop . Poor management
My sister is handicapped and was sick for weeks.. they never got her medical attention. Then she was left on the floor out of her wheelchair and was unconscious for 24 hours before she was send for help. Now she is not going to live.. and theyvtried to blame it on drinking. Whst kind of place leaves someone on the floor for 24 hours. Don't leave someone here if you love them.
Staff is super helpful and friendly. Very grateful for them.
I called there on a weekend to inquire whether they had a dining room and activities for the patients and the nurse who answered the phone was very rude and told me that she could not give me that information I explained to her that I did not want information on a patient I wanted information on the facility and she hung up on me I found is very unprofessional what if I was looking for a place to put one of my elderly relatives.
