Words can not express the gratitude i have for Mr. Sommer his diligence, compassion, and perseverance not only gave me confidence but delivered results. He was up front and honest on cost. I called the office to set up an appointment for consultation and was scheduled for almost a month later. The day before my appointment they asked me if I could reschedule for a different time then never called back. Tomie peppard and her team definitely need more experience.
