I have lived in Jonesboro for 25 years. Over the years, we have grown into a family of 5 and have purchased from Harris Furniture: 2 couches, 2 dining room tables, 4 mattresses and 3 bedroom suites, I have bought all of it from Harris Furniture. The quality, style and dependable service is why we continued to be repeat customers.
We went shopping for cal king mattress and they told us 5 weeks to get it. We told Jennifer what we wanted and she said are you sure. Asked did we measure which of course we did. She says are you sure. My husband works as an iron worker. He knows measurements. She calls today and says it hasn't been ordered and would take at least 6 weeks. She was rude, incompetent and made us feel like idiots. We will not be back in that store. ****** *****

i reached out to Mr. ****** on 3/15/2021 concerning the above. Following is the course of events. On 03/03/2021 Mr. Brooks asked and ordered a California King mattress made by Stearns & Foster. I requested through our Sales Associate that he measure his bed when he got home to confirm the size since a California King mattress is considered an odd size in our region.
