Seemed interested but then communication was minimal when the case became complex with my injuries. I personally don’t recommend as they don’t keep me informed. I’m now in limbo with my case.

Their radio advert is absolute cringe. So fake and insincere. Sounds like it was recorded by a 6th form student high on a balloon.
Ellen Hunter is incredible, super friendly and fantastic at her job. Very professional at all times. She always keeps you in the loop and has alot of years of experience under her belt. Your in very safe hands if you have her on your case :)
