Love HF - a little pricy but great quality
I love the store and the fresh produce and seafood (that section is particularly good). But not ONE time in 6 months has anyone answered the phone at the store. It always goes through to voicemail. As someone with a disability who relies on delivery, it’s important to be able to contact the stores I order from. I ask management to please look into this as it’s proved to be a systemic problem for the store.
Be very careful with your payment: I’m not saying this is on purpose but numerous times I’ve been over-charged A LOT! eg. unit price $6.99 capsicum was keyed as $31.99/kg chili, not to say oranges, apples, veggies. if you ask for receipt and check every individual item, you’ll be shocked. Different from WWS or Coles, here when you figure out the overcharged item, they’re not giving you anything free, no apologies no sorry at all; yes they’d refund but with very uncomfortable impressions.
