Really crap management. They call out that a register is free even though it blatantly isn't, but they constantly call it so you go then others become available. It's really frustrating. Slow service too.
Older Asian customer service lady is extremely rude. She refuses to make eye contact and acknowledge you when you say thank you at the end of the interaction. I have noticed her demeanour is different with caucasian individuals as opposed to Asian or indian people. She smiles and says thank you when it's a Caucasian person. This is based on over a dozen interactions. Someone who is that hostile should not be working in customer service.
