⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On a bit of a health kick at the moment, and Harris Farm Markets has become one of my favourite places to shop when I want genuinely fresh ingredients and a much broader choice than I normally find in a conventional supermarket. Overcharged at checkout— 2 bananas for $10 and one sweet potato for $13.28. When I questioned it, staff casually apologized and said the scale was broken. An apology is appreciated, but this was clearly a lack of basic common sense and attention. Customers shouldn’t have to catch such obvious mistakes at checkout.
If you want someone who can speak English and actually understand you when you speak, or rather, understand them when they speak to you, I'd go to a different Harris Farm.
Was overcharged in the butcher - charged double what I should have been charged. Then got home and cooked the meat. They have the worst sausages on the North Shore. Don’t waste your time - go ANYWHERE else
