I visit maybe once a fortnight, and out of all the servers I've had over the last 3-4 years, NONE have been friendly. It's very awkward and sometimes I avoid the store entirely, and just go to Coles, purely to avoid the HF staff. Misery is contagious and I don't want to catch it. They don't make eye contact. Barely a greeting. Don't help bag anything. Some just continue conversations with other staff, as if you're invisible. Double check your expiry dates.
