One of my favourite stores in Sydney. But the customer service and especially the pricing is off. They don’t have their pricing right. The products and the prices are misleading. I asked to speak to a manager and he or she was absent. They didn’t acknowledge me when I asked for help. I felt like crying.
News reports from this financial year put Harris Farm in the red by $22 million because of faulty software they deployed the year before last. This is reflected in their prices and standard of fruit and vegetables. There has been very little price cutting and some of the budget fruit and vegetables they do offer are so substandard they must be just putting them out to make the store appear stocked. I sincerely hope this changes soon as prior to this the standard of their fruit and vegetables were excellent.
