Should be Zero. Purchased a $2,000.00 reclining lift chair that started malfunctioning with in 10 days of delivery. We reached out to the manufacturer who made it clear they do not stand behind their product. After another month or so when the chair had stopped working totally, we reached out to Harris Furniture in Chichester where the chair was purchased. We told them the chair only worked for 10 days.
