Laura was extremely professional. Jessica needs to work on her people skills. The Secretary's/Paralegals are really amazing. I always thought we needed to talk with the Lawyers, but the staff can answer most of your questions and if they can't, they'll get with someone who knows. Also, they're very upfront about the paperwork they need. My advice....get everything they need right away, if your having problems call them ASAP. They're really great at helping you think outside of the box.

The problem here is not Laura, it's Jessica and the Secretary's. Laura wa extremely professional. The rest of them try and blame you for everything under the moon. Jessica needs to work on her people skills as do some of the ladies that answer the phone. Before calling though, I'd recommend you print out your call log though (that was my mistake), they will start quoting you all the times that they've called you.
