Terrible customer service. I went in and paid my bill in person because I needed my service to be disconnected the following Monday after we sold our home. To my surprise, I stopped by to check the mail and had a notice on my door. I called to find out why the water was still on and the lady that answered made me feel as if it were my fault that they had not done their job.
