Please contract an another Trash Company other than Best Trash. I have called them multiple times due to the fact that the collectors leave the garbage can in the street halfway between my property and my next-door neighbors property so people with detached garages with an extra long driveway have to literally walk down their driveway into the street down the street to collect their can again. Terrible customer service. I went in and paid my bill in person because I needed my service to be disconnected the following Monday after we sold our home. To my surprise, I stopped by to check the mail and had a notice on my door. I called to find out why the water was still on and the lady that answered made me feel as if it were my fault that they had not done their job. Receptionist in the office is rude to everyone. Very poor customer service skills. Needs to be managed more by immediate on-site manager.
