Everyone there was very nice polite I had no issues smooth process.
I received excellent customer service from the lady at check in. I came in for placard & was in & out in no time. I have been to other locations & must say this process is so much easier/faster. Thank you for having seats reserved for handicap & for your great customer service.

Vanessa was great and so much of a help today!!! Yes she did hold up the line but it was for a GREAT REASON! My problem is purchase of a CMV WITH An out of state title. Apparently you need an appointment for title transfer. Place was empty. Tried checking online. The next 30 days are booked. But yet I have to do title transfer within so many days. Typically government bullcrap.
