The experience I experienced at this office for my first time yesterday was -0/10 and it wasn’t because of the worker. I was at window 3 getting serviced and the lady next to me at a different window had a lot going on, she was so loud and disrespectful with the window teller I couldn’t even focus on getting my transfer completed. I had a very disappointing experience at the tax office at Tomball ISD. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service. Two employees were openly making fun of someone’s copy of their identification, which was not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful. The woman who assisted me complained about me paying with a credit card, and not having an ID copy printed, saying that it makes their job harder.
