I did go about 8:45 in the morning no real line I think the entire process of getting a certified copy of my car title took 15 minutes start to finish.
Pre-Covid this place wasn’t that terrible. You stood up waited in a line for them to call you at the next window you were in and out. Now they adapted some number system where you sit in the lobby for 2 to 3 hours to be called to a window where it literally looks like two people are working and taking their sweet time. Very inefficient and employees could care less.

The online information made it appear that the Harris County Tax Office in Tomball was open on Wednesday, so I drove all the way there only to arrive and find the office closed with signs posted everywhere stating that they are closed on Wednesdays.
