Absolutely the worst set up possible. The inside of the building is ran down. No seating available for the amount of people that come through. The Google maps information is wrong on days open. Wednesday are closed day for them. It says thwy are open. The parking lot was packed on a Wednesday the 1st of July. This wasted so many peoples day with taking off work, you can't call because they don't answer the phones. Harris Co, Fix your Google Maps, building and working working inside.
The lady at window 7 is doing an amazing job. Taking care of registrations and giving tickets for new coming. Despite the long line, service was fast and had a great experience.
There’s no 0 stars to give, the one star it will be for their parking lot otherwise attitude long wait 3+ hours at least waiting room full during the day and maximum 2 employees working a day!! If you need to hire please there’s a lot of people they’re looking for jobs like that and I’m one of them 😊
Worse place to come. Numbers are called every hour for temp plates!! Lady at front desk leaves her seat several times and by the time shes back, theres a long line of people!! It is packed and supposedly your wait time is two to three hours!!!!! Other places is not this long!! Also this place is small not sure why it takes so long!
