Absolute worst. Government at its finest. We've been here 3 times so far trying to a do simple trailer registration for a new purchase. You don't find out until you arrive that they absolutely will not see you without an appointment, after you already take time off work to come here. I sent my wife the first time and they wouldnt see her. Next time they wouldn't let her register the trailer because it's in my name, even though I gave her my id and insurance. Don’t bother going here for a registration especially as a new resident. Not only are the agents are unhelpful and just send you through loopholes for a simple registration. But you’re wasting your time making an appointment with a whole crowd of other people needing their registration just to get turned away instantly. Luckily I got my registration at a different location that was much more helpful and made the process quick. Just go somewhere else for your registration and don’t bother making an appointment here.

I went on a Friday after the storm from Beaumont. Every office in that building was open except this one. Showed open online, had closed sign at the door. Had to make another trip from Beaumont the following week.
