There are seven service windows at this location and only 2 have employees. Why??
If I could leave a -100 stars I would!!! I have lived in several states and travel for my job. Texas by far is the worst state I have ever seen for trying to register a vehicle, get tags, and plates!! There are 15 windows and only 3 workers!!! You are required to make an appointment but they do not honor it whatsoever!! For people who work and cannot wait 3 hours past your appointment time without risking getting fired this is insane! 3-4 week wait and by appointment only to register/ title a used vehicle is ridiculous for any county and especially for a county that is supposed to be setting a standard. I am disappointed that Harris County leadership is not doing better especially for people who need to be able to drive legally on Harris County roads. Harris County should have at least some of the offices be walk in and not by appointment only.
