With any government business the wait is long. Super long right after 1pm when they return from lunch. Once at the window it took five minutes and I was done.
There needs to be better instructions on where to enter the building and better signage showing where to go and what to do once you're inside the building. I was completely lost and confused when I arrived and other customers kept having to help me find my way. After telling one of the receptionists what I was there for and getting my ticket, I only had to wait about an hour for my number to be called. Briana is the worker who helped me.
