Never take a commercial loan with this bank, they outsource their operators with people from India they are clueless about commercial banking and they have the phones rigged to spam call you
100% payment history and used the card every month but still closed my card on me. Because I'm not making them enough money. They want people who carry large balances and pay the minimum or miss payments so the can make the most off of you with interest and fees

Very bad customer service, the most unprofessional bank I have ever been to. Employees eating food at the counter of the workplace in front of customers. A baby playing behind the teller window during business at a chair. Is this a bank or are your workers also babysitting on the job?
