Very bad customer service, the most unprofessional bank I have ever been to. Employees eating food at the counter of the workplace in front of customers. A baby playing behind the teller window during business at a chair. Is this a bank or are your workers also babysitting on the job? Deposited a check from my 401k account and was given a letter from the teller and told that I would have a certain amount available in my account the next day. I said that was fine because I only needed a certain amount by the 1st. The next day comes and I'm told that there's been a hold put on my check and now I have to wait ten days for my money and it won't be available until the 5th, which is way after I need it. Deposited a check and was then informed it would be held for 11 days before I would receive my funds. I have never had to deal with anything like this!
