I feel anyone who goes above and beyond should be recognized and the one person who does this every time we interact is Sharalyn Schumacher Retail Relationship Broker at the Alpine location. Sharalyn truly cares and it shows. I have felt at ease through the process of getting an equity loan, being informed and she has my best interest at heart. Don't find many employee's out there like her.
Very rude customer service from the lady helping me she was completely rude.
