The lady who answered said, “Give me the message,” but when I tried to explain, she suddenly started yelling, repeating “Give me the message!” and then hung up on me. It was such a strange and unprofessional interaction — I was only trying to communicate respectfully. If that’s how they handle phone calls, I can’t imagine how they manage actual business. Very disappointing experience.
