The cashier and bank were always a unpleasant experience. They never would help with bank problems or even cash local checks just overall rude. However the customer service on the phone was grate. And I love the ATM and app they have. Ps the app cashes checks instantly.

Loved this Lancaster Wisconsin location. They have the nicest and most knowledgeable staff I have ever had the pleasure of banking with.
I OPENED AN BMO HARRIS ACCOUNT, I GOT LOCKED OUT MY ACCOUNT A FEW DAYS LATER I CALLED THEM, SOMEONE WHO DIDNT SPEAK ANY GOOD ENGLISH STARTED ASKING ME QUESTIONS THAT I LITERALLY COULDNT UNDERSTAND IF I EVEN HAD SUBTITLES RECORDING NEXT THING I KNOW SOME INCOMPETENCE WOMAN GOT ON THE PHONE TELLING ME THAT THERE WAS A FREEZE ON MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF FAILURE TO ANSWER VERIFICATION QUESTIONS .
