Tellers are okay. Bank manager and personal representative are some of the rudest people there are. No regard for the customer. (Burlington Branch only). Lake Geneva is great and friendly. When I was talking to the branch manager on the phone, she literally just hung up on me. No arguments, nothing, just a hang up. Not any place I would recommend.
The staff is very rude. They need to do a better job on training them on how to talk to people.
WORST BANK IN THE HISTORY OF BANKS!!!!! They always act like you are annoying them and cutting into their time. RUDEST STAFF I have ever had to deal with!!!
