Bmo customer service is the worst customer experience I’ve ever had sell or something time do not bank here
I go out of my way to use this branch. They continue to offer fantastic service every time I am in the store. Special shout out to Annie who is my go to for literally anything.
I been coming to this branch for a while now, always happy with the service.
I went to my BMO banking institute, asked for a check, the clerk stated “we don’t do that anymore”. I then asked what are my options and he stated I could get a cashiers check, (mind you this was for a significant purchase), I responded with “sure”, the clerk then reported this will cost me $10. I responded “ten dollars!”. I asked him what my other options were, there weren’t any. I am so disappointed that I must pay money to use my money. After reflecting, I’m not angered I am sad. What is this world coming to.
