Horrible bank with terrible service. My daughter had problems with her acct dues to a scam. We contacted BMO immediately … it’s going on 5 months now. No one is helpful or can give us correct information. We also worked with a manager named Justin at the Saukville, wi location. He promised to do everything to help us with a resolution but hasn’t been any help nor did he keep in contact with us as promised.
