This is the old Southwest Bank location. The scene of a famous bank robbery in 1953. It was portrayed in a movie in 1958, starring Steve McQueen in his first big role.
Not only did it take 6 months for them to fix the mistake they made setting up my online banking. But now that it is finally fixed it turns out they closed my savings account due to inactivity. Even though it was inactive because I couldn’t get online and transfer money into it. This is hands down the worst financial institution and business. They have no concern for y clients and shady business practices. Do yourself a favor and keep on driving to literally any other bank. BMO doesn’t value your business.
Used Harris bank for a truck loan. Harris was bought out by bmo and In the process lost the title for my truck. Not only did it take 2 hours to make my final payment (almost 2 years ago) due to incompetence by everyone, but also once I did they refuse to send me my title. Have been battling with them for almost 2 years and no one will return my emails. They will only release the title (after fighting with them), and expect me to apply for a lost title that they lost.
