There policies and procedures are unrealistic. Since my old bank switched over to BMO nothing but Hassel after hassel.

I took my mother there for an appt in the building. She uses a wheelchair. I pushed her up the ramp on the Manchester rd side of the main entrance. There is an 1 inch difference between the sidewalk ramp and the top which I could not get the chair over without her having to get out. She can only stand and walk a short amount. The buttons to open and close the handicap door did not work. The handicap door could only be opened by pushing a lever from the inside which was located higher than a normal door handle. Brutal customer service. There are many more banks in the area to choose from. I would stay away from here. We utilized them for business and personal banking and could not be more grateful to be at another financial institute.
