I’ve been banking with this bank for almost a decade. It is a great bank, with great staff, and a welcoming environment.
Someone forged a check out of my FSA account and cashed it at this bank, but they did not follow up and apparently don’t have time.
Please Read! This is a very disturbing business practice! As I made a cash deposit at the BMO on Manchester RD. And they never denoted my account for it. I received notice that I had insufficient funds in my account (which wouldn’t be the case had my deposit been placed into my account) but no notice at all to the money I had deposited. I opened my account a few months ago because of the professionalism I received from my banker @ the Brentwood location. Not depositing my funds into my account is totally egregious!! There policies and procedures are unrealistic. Since my old bank switched over to BMO nothing but Hassel after hassel.
