I liked bank manager Zach Harris a lot. He was very professional, personable and helpful. He made sure to explain everything to me when I had questions, I left the bank feeling informed about my finances. The employee working the front was very friendly and helpful as well. VERY BAD BANK. THEY COULD CARE LESS ABOUT CUSTOMERS. Once they sign you up, you can't reach them over the phone. I speant 20 minutes and had to call 5 times. ...Still no person. Called direct extensions and THEY DONT ANSWER THE PHONE. Company is !!!DISFUNCTIONAL!!! - Business Customer.
Vicki is rude and belittling. I call in seeing if they can wave an overdraft and she just makes you feel bad for being broke.
