I’m extremely disappointed and feel misled after years of banking with BMO Harris. We were told that we could set up kids accounts for our children, complete with debit cards so they could conveniently access their money. We were assured these accounts couldn’t go negative and that there would be no charges if they accidentally overspent—this was the whole reason we chose BMO Harris. Pam was very helpful with great customer service. The staff at this branch are amazing.
It took me over 5 minutes of navigating through voice menus and a call center to get to a human at the branch that I live 3 minutes from.
Larasha Rice is an amazing banker. She is personable, professional, and has a great sense of humor. The day that I visited this BMO location, I had came about ten minutes before they were closing to set up a bank account. She accommodated me and allowed me to finish my paperwork without rushing me out the door. This professional should definitely be recognized for her patience in braving that slick snow and for taking her time with me! Thank you so much ☺️
