I have always had fast friendly service inside and at the drive thru.
My friend’s money was held for 11 days with no explanation. She was forced to close her account, and three days later they threatened to send her to collections over $3.49—the same account they made her close! Margarita and Eric Blanco treated her horribly. Do NOT let anyone you care about bank here.
The customer service here is so unbelievably poor. Complete lack of respect. It’s 2025, treat people with kindness. Mental health matters. Do better BMO. Shame on this branch.
