I would like to thank banker Ewa Grzadziel. I went to her about my credit card even though that is not her responsibility. I explained I have hard of hearing and she helped me out with my unfair charges. So thank you so much, I have received confirmation that those unfair charges have been dropped. Stay away from this branch. All the good employees have left the building. Will take my business elsewhere. Coming here to be treated like the bank owns me and they are doing me favors to be their customer it's not worth my time.
Bank representative helping a family member on 4/30/25 was very incompetent and unprofessional. Representative in the morning made multiple mistakes filling out an important document right in front of the customer. Putting important info, like SSN, names, and numbers in the wrong space on the document resulting in the representative needing to redo the documentation multiple times.
