Stay away from this branch. All the good employees have left the building. Will take my business elsewhere. Coming here to be treated like the bank owns me and they are doing me favors to be their customer it's not worth my time.
Bank representative helping a family member on 4/30/25 was very incompetent and unprofessional. Representative in the morning made multiple mistakes filling out an important document right in front of the customer. Putting important info, like SSN, names, and numbers in the wrong space on the document resulting in the representative needing to redo the documentation multiple times. Awful experience so far I regret opening accounts with them. There is always something wrong with the system and I can't get my money when I'm supposed to.
This bank is by far the worst customer service bank ever. Their hours are terrible the majority of the staff are very unfriendly. They need a full management change here. They use to be one of the best, now they are the leaders in bad service.
