Janice at Chase (now Glencoe) is an angel in launching and managing financial accounts, fixing the complex items in business, teens and family accounts! She is an invaluable advisor and has been for 15 years. As I am a single Mom, a business owner, and handle parent estates- she is the financial partner I could NOT do without.
Inexplicably closed the branch office so you can’t bank there. Not listed anywhere but on a piece of paper taped to the door. I saw a guy sitting in his office inside but no teller so who knows what they are doing. The ATM in front is useless - there’s like a tiny limit on cash withdrawal and it takes forever so if you have to do anything here you need the teller. Makes me wonder if I should have my checking account at the local regional bank across from Hometown.
Not enough Parking spots
Negative reviews if possible. Unprofessional and a pathetic branch. They only have 1 banker. Specifically Jessica and Eddie make this a bad experience. Stay away from this location
