Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I waited in the drive-through line for about 15 minutes. There was a person working in the drive-through area that looked like he was taking care of a large deposit so I patiently waited. After he was finished and he brought out the receipt to whomever it was on the sales floor, he came back, finished something on the computer while talking on a cell phone and then proceeded to look in my direction, then walk off. I walked in and a teller advised me that his system was down. Another employee walked up and said he could help me. I had my debit card in my hand and I was prepared to insert it so I can take some cash out. This employee asked for my ID to which I responded that I had my debit card. He went and got an employee named Edwin and Edwin handled my transaction. He asked me what kind of bills I wanted back and I gave him explicit instructions.
