I walked in and a teller advised me that his system was down. Another employee walked up and said he could help me. I had my debit card in my hand and I was prepared to insert it so I can take some cash out. This employee asked for my ID to which I responded that I had my debit card. He went and got an employee named Edwin and Edwin handled my transaction. He asked me what kind of bills I wanted back and I gave him explicit instructions. These folks knows how to take care of customers! Have been a customer for years and today Kevin and the team went the extra mile to help with an issue.
I don't know how BMO justifies having such unfriendly customer service tellers at this location (which has been pointed out in many reviews here). Customer service is about serving the customers but the ones I encountered today appeared annoyed to have to stop their conversation to wait on a customer. Absolutely no greeting, no smile or acknowledgment, weak attitude, short one word answers, and when completed, nothing, she just hands you the receipt, no make eye-contact or pretend to be thankful for a serving customer.
