These folks knows how to take care of customers! Have been a customer for years and today Kevin and the team went the extra mile to help with an issue.
I don't know how BMO justifies having such unfriendly customer service tellers at this location (which has been pointed out in many reviews here). Customer service is about serving the customers but the ones I encountered today appeared annoyed to have to stop their conversation to wait on a customer. Absolutely no greeting, no smile or acknowledgment, weak attitude, short one word answers, and when completed, nothing, she just hands you the receipt, no make eye-contact or pretend to be thankful for a serving customer. Avoid this branch if possible. I’ve experienced too many mistakes here. It almost feels like it’s being done on purpose to confuse the customer. I’ve gone to this branch to withdraw cash and they somehow withdrew the funds from my one of son’s accounts when I never even gave them my sons account information to begin with, only mine. Not sure how the teller got that “mixed up.” They have applied credit card payments I make through the teller window to my other son’s credit instead of mine.
