We set up a 10 year HELOC a couple years ago and bought a car last May (2024) so we needed to borrow on it again. In May 2024 we visited the bank and the rep supposedly set up our new loan. Wound up that he did not complete something in the application process, so the following month when I got a bank statement I saw the loan was not shown as we had agreed upon. I had to go back in to visit and re-setup the loan despite the interest having gone up already! They did not help and hardly apologized. I met with the manager and s... read more
