Worst bank ever. I've several times over the past two years made mobile deposits from my Wells Fargo Bank. It's for convenience because Wells closed their nearby branches. Most of my mobile deposits at BMO get put in a 7 to 10 day hold for what they say are confidential reasons. I have excellent credit and no strange issues like this with other banks. We set up a 10 year HELOC a couple years ago and bought a car last May (2024) so we needed to borrow on it again. In May 2024 we visited the bank and the rep supposedly set up our new loan. Wound up that he did not complete something in the application process, so the following month when I got a bank statement I saw the loan was not shown as we had agreed upon.
