We set up a 10 year HELOC a couple years ago and bought a car last May (2024) so we needed to borrow on it again. In May 2024 we visited the bank and the rep supposedly set up our new loan. Wound up that he did not complete something in the application process, so the following month when I got a bank statement I saw the loan was not shown as we had agreed upon.
