Extremely rude people. Withdraw money and notes were old and torn when we went back lady who works on Saturday was very rude. No manager to help or listen to
Extremely slow customer service
Very bad experience. My wife booked an appointment to open an account and they made her wait for 40 minutes. After making her wait for so long, bank personnel said the person who has to meet her took off. If they can’t make an appointment management properly; I wonder how badly will they manage an account. I am glad my wife decided to not open an account with them. Won’t recommend this place for someone who value their time.
