Negative experience with the Black teller (woman) refusing to issue me a replacement card due to my account being in the negative. I explained I had a direct deposit payment that would post on Friday and she said come back when it posts. Having a negative balance has no hinderance on me being issued a replacement card. I literally went to the 18th Street branch in Pilsen and guess what? They issued me a card onsite. I hate to even say this but it’s always the black woman that wants to give people a hard time.
