You have totally screwed up my loan. We were supposed to close 10 days ago and now I'm getting the silent treatment and no answers. We were told everything was approved weeks ago. We are 30 year customers of your bank but NO MORE. The lack of accountability and NO answers is astounding. Who is in charge? Where is my loan? Nobody knows. I have people waiting to be paid for work on the building.
