Great bank but this bank needs a atm outside because you can't get to the ATM inside every time I try to use the ATM inside the front door is always locked.

I only give BMO Harris Bank one star because it's required to leave a review. The only way your going to have a smooth banking experience is to be elderly and complacent and unable to manage their account like they used to. A disgruntled family member was able to go in and freeze all of my 87 year old mothers account just by calling up and claiming she was my mother and suspected fraud! We had to go in and switch all of my moms accounts and had to deal with the manager AMANDA who was the MOST uncomfortable person to deal wit... read more
