Another rude staffer another rude mgr & another branch that won’t let you take out more then $5,000 of your own money. Argumentative and rude
Tried to walk in at 4:15pm and but wasn’t allowed in because they were closing up even though their hours are supposed to be 9am to 5pm
I am 83 years old and not too handy with the computer. I needed to work out a transfer and had no idea how to do it. Your employee Tiairria Mays went above and beyond the call of duty to help me accomplish this task. She was patient and wiling to do whatever it took to make sure that I did not leave the bank until everything was done. Today was not the first time she has helped me. Wasn’t allowed to withdraw ny funds or even close my account. Branch says call customer service, customer service refers you to the branch. BMO is a joke.
I just love living close to this branch in the South Loop of Chicago. I walked in to deposit some money, and get change. But Karina had different plans for meeeee. She asked me if I wanted to sign up for a savings account, it'll only take 10 mins......she went above and beyond to open my account, very attentive of my time and so personable.
