Don't waste your time at 1300 s Wabash ave Branch. It is a badly trained and badly run branch. They have no idea what they are doing and what level of competency is needed
This bank is absolutely horrible I have only been a customer for a two weeks and my card hasn’t come and they always are weird when I go in there. TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. All of the reps are incompetent and the new hires are absolutely terrible.

Tried to walk in at 4:15pm and but wasn’t allowed in because they were closing up even though their hours are supposed to be 9am to 5pm
I am 83 years old and not too handy with the computer. I needed to work out a transfer and had no idea how to do it. Your employee Tiairria Mays went above and beyond the call of duty to help me accomplish this task. She was patient and wiling to do whatever it took to make sure that I did not leave the bank until everything was done. Today was not the first time she has helped me.
