They allowed $3500 to be pulled out of my account on a Sunday night out of Texas. No phone call, text message, email or alert. Go into this branch to be told that a pending transaction cannot be stopped (even though you used to be able to put a stop payment on a check easy enough) and now tell me it will take 10-15 days to process and possibly get me my money back. Your money is not safe with Bmo & the 24 hour customer service number on the debit card is an absolute joke.
