This is the worst bank ever. I would not recommend this bank to my worst enemy. their online banking does not work most of the time and rarely reflects your true balance. When you go into a branch the bankers are usually as clueless as you are as to what is going on. steer clear of this bank
As i write this review, i am on the phone sitting on hold with BMO, and as usual, the hold times are insanely long. I award you 1 star, and may God have mercy on your soul.
I went to deposit money. The machine counted out $340 of 400, then cancelled my transaction with no credit of the deposit. Tried to call the number on back of ATM card, they put my on permahold 3X. Next morning I went to the bank, where I was infpormed I would have to wait for their once a week ATM reconciliation. Luckily, it was only one day to reconciliation for me, but if I deposited it on Thursday, I would have had to wait a week.
