Terrible bank, terrible customer service. They will let people still from your account.
Someone hacked my account and stole all our money. After 5 hours on the phone with this horrible bank, I was hung up on, several times. 2 hour hold time 2 times. It was easier for a thief to steal my money than it is for me to report a fraud case.
I have a car alone through these idiots, they make it impossible to pay. Constantly asking me to go to the BMO location in order to make payments or Western Union. Who doesn't know what i'm talking about. Stay clear of BMO!
Nobody in the US should bank or waste time with this joint.
The worst bank/credit card I've ever had. They purposely harrass their customers and intentionally persecute them. The government should shut them down in the US.
