Stopped in last week and the teller was Louiza Didi. She is the nicest and most accommodating teller I have ever had at any bank. I have already told several people about her and that branch.
I have to say my experience was absolutely amazing. I had two 9 year olds with me who were ready to play and I knew it would take me long cause I had a wire transfer!! Well louiza went out of her way to not only ask me if I needed anything but also grab the girls lollipops, took them to show them. Some things in the bank had coloring sheets for them.i mean it made my transaction so much easier. Seriously what a great employee! Also Vicki who helped me with my wire was amazing as well.
Vickki Kelley is an asset to your bank! Kind and friendly and very helpful!
