I arrived almost two minutes before they close, and both of bankers Vicki and Melissa were welcoming, and show care not only for myself but as well my son. Melissa help me resolve my main concern and follow up regarding My Financial Compass.
I was taking advantage of a promotion but accidentally open two accounts. Melissa was very patient and helped me get my account in order. Extremely polite, five-star service!! Definitely recommend!

Wanted to find out why my branch drive in was shut down yesterday. The commercial was open but I must not have seen a note to use that. Window shades were down. Wanted to call my branch today to see if they were open. Took me just pressing operator continuously. Then finally got a person with a heavy accent. After a few minutes I was connected to an employee at my branch. Learned I could have used that sight. Always been happy with our account there, but I would give you a zero on communication.
