The transition from Bank of the West to BMO has been a complete fiasco. No one returns calls, we cannot access prior statements, the transition "team" is MIA. Worst banking I have ever experienced.
This is the worst bank with the worst customer service! Not only did I have to wait for the teller to get off the phone, while other employees said she would be right with me, no one else stepped up to assist. Finally, when the teller was off the phone and able to help, she would not cash a cashiers check from their bank! What a loser Canadian bank! I hope you all lose your jobs for the worst service ever!
