I met Mr. Harrington in 2009 when Wells Fargo tried to foreclose on me. We went to court four times and won each time. The bank had signed documents by a person that was not a legal entity. They lied to the HOA saying they paid my HOA fees when all six years 2009 to 2015 (and before) I had always paid my bills. With all the lies and forged documents and the testimony from HOA (who after the trail found out the bank lied) we finally settled and gave the house back to the bank.
