Floyd and Mary have been outstanding in their customer service! We have purchased a custom living room sofa, love seat and ottomans. They are able to design your room on a large computer screen. The sofa started to pill after about 8 months. Working with the manufacturer and after trying to remove with a pill remover, Mary made our day! The manufacturer agreed to replace our whole set. The lady was extremely condescending when I came in looking for a dresser that fit my space. The one I have is 28-29 inches width, and I wanted a replacement of roughly that size. She said 28 inches is the width “of a nightstand” but I want a dresser not a nightstand. I don’t have room for 35-40 inch one. I told her no it’s not and she said something about how she’s been doing this for however many decades.
