We have had Chuck fill out our taxes before and didn't have too much trouble with him...a few minor mistakes but not too big. Although this year we paid him $100 on Feb. 19 to send in our taxes electronically. Waited for 2 months, started calling IRS. Covid-19 had everything on hold. IRS finally opens back up and we were informed that our return is not in their system. Luckily the government extended the deadline or we would have been penalized.
