This is the second time I used Harriet for my real estate purchase. I've gone through 2 other lawyers in the past for other transactions and this is the first time I didn't really have to chase someone close to closing date for an update. She's thorough, quick and responsive. Her prices are also reasonable. I can trust that she will complete any purchases in a timely manner.
