I bought a very nice hat here 2 years ago, I was told when I bought the hat, if it ever needed to be reshaped / steamed to send it back and it would be covered under the warranty. Sounds great.. until the day comes and you need that exact service that was told was available and your spoken to like ive called the wrong store, I described the red tag with the businesses name on it.. One of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, I ordered 2 Berets online and got the wrong size. No issue initially, was hoping to get an exchange for the correct size I paid for. I got 1 email, after sending several, and no follow ups. They received the berets being sent to them, I have the digital signature to show it arrived, and nothing from the business on what can be done or accommodations that can be made.
