Rented a property from Adam Harrell. Stayed there for 2+ years. Did move out walk through with Maureen his property manager and we agreed to no damage and getting $1313 back. Deposit: $1100 + $212(6 days prorated rent as I left early on July 25 2024). I was asked to pickup check from Adam’s office. I came to Adam’s office, I was told he is not in office. Excellent lawyers!
Reached out to request a consultation as I need legal counsel to settle my father's estate and plan for my estate as well. No one called me back for five days, and then called on a Sunday morning while I was in worship services. Perhaps this is the way this firm manages individual clients vs business clients. I manage business Monday through Friday and find it disrespectful to reach out to clients on weekends and after hours for non urgent matters. This indicates disrespect.
